With significant community support and encouragement, Homes for People has grown from a single site housing project to offering a range of solutions across the housing continuum. We haven’t achieved anything unless we get people into affordable homes and make a positive difference in the lives of our residents. As we look forward, we have the exciting opportunity to provide an increasing number of new affordable homes, including at our larger Ashhurst and Tamakuku Terrace developments.

We work together with social impact investors to build and deliver new affordable housing to lower income people and households in our community.

Homes for People homes are designed using principles of urban design with low-maintenance, cost-effective living being the desired outcome.
